My Dailies 2026
This is my daily journal like page where back in September of 2006 I decided to start writing down my thoughts
for every day in my web site here.
Also, there is a place called: “My Dirty Dailies”,.. for those days when I might use a little bad language. The button
to get in is sitting in this black area in the bottom right corner,.. and it requires a password to get in.

I was off work today,.. so today I went to the grocery store,.. made pizza dough,.. finished a load of laundry,.. sprayed the
weeds in my yard,.. swept the front porch,.. practiced making pizza, Roman dough 57 hydration cooked in an outdoor
Bertello Simulfire pizza oven. The first one burnt a bit cooking it at over 900 degrees, so the second one I cooked at
around 650 degrees and it did better. Both of them tasted good. Great softy dough interior, even softer than the 67
hydration for some reason. Also today I read my emails,.. did my daily accounting,.. and for the rest of my day I’m going
to maybe do some sewing, check things in facebook, clean up and go to bed.
That’s about it for my Sunday.
